European food, which as you can imagine, is a vast cornacopia of flavors and variety. And we love food. It's been a passion for us as a couple. And traveling Europe has provided us with a decadent experience of culinary delights.
I began this blog with a simple idea in mind: To chart our path through the culinary landscape of Europe. To discover food in large cities and small towns. To make a trip more than just a trip, but a true adventure of discovery. I'm after perfection and beauty--not just in food and it's presentation, or in architecture or art, but in the perfect trip itself.
Our first documented trip is a 10th Anniversary trip to Brussels and Paris. 7 days. 17 restaurants, cafes and bars. 2 eager parents who can't wait to get away together to stuff ourselves and enjoy the quiet without the kids!
